Final Stop: FKSS 2021 in Tarifa

We are quickly coming up to the final stop of the Cutty Sark Formula Kite Spain Series 2021 which will be held December 9-12 at the KTS Tarifa Kite Club.

The event is one of the most important sporting events of the year with several of the best kitefoil athletes competing for the podium positions.

You’re Invited: The FKSS KANARA Digital Speed Challenge (Special Event & Prizes)

The event will also mark the first anniversary of KANARA and our collaboration with the FKSS

In December 2020, we debuted our prototype and the precursor of KANARA Sport- KANARA Kitesurfing. The data, insights and feedback from the athletes and event organisers has greatly helped us in the development of KANARA Sport which we launched for all water sports athletes August 2021.

This year, as the official app of the FKSS 2021 circuit, we are hosting a special Top Speed challenge in which FKSS participants (male and female) compete to see who can achieve the top recorded speed at each event for prizes.

All participants of each FKSS 2021 events are eligible to compete in the FKSS KANARA Digital Speed Challenge. All you need is to sync your GPS kite tracker (smartwatch or smartphone) with the KANARA Sport mobile app for Android or iOS and track your on water activity during the Tarifa event dates.

The individual riders who achieve the highest recorded Top Speed for each category (Male and Female) for the overall circuit during the challenge will each win a brand new Garmin Fenix 6 GPS smartwatch from us! All of the athletes in the Tarifa event have a chance to grab the winning positions if they can surpass the current records.
